When you become hopeless it means your 'Destiny' is working

Life is the mixture of up and downs, bad or good. Sometimes circumstances doesn't work according to what is going on in our mind. Mind is actually flow of different thoughts and thought patterns. We all are here on the planet earth under a definite life plan; the destiny. Our destiny is actually created by us only. Everything happening to us is decided by us only. Every individual is actually responsible for what is happening to his or her life.

But outer world is fascinating. There are different worldly attractions attracting the individuals according to their mental patterns or thought patterns. Mental patterns are negative or positive tendencies which are searching for their worldly counterpart to get neutralized. Our destiny is working for those tendencies. Our destiny has to neutralize each and every tendency lying within us and so that its always working. When there are good days in life destiny is working to fulfil the life plan and when there are bad days going on destiny is working on its own way.

Every human being has its personal life plan and have a destiny. If you born rich; it is only you who decided this. If you born poor, very poor, it is also decided by you through your destiny only. No one is responsible for any circumstances brought to you, only you through your destiny is working to have a particular life style only. One more important aspect; 'Law of karma' is also applicable, that is what you did that you get. Law of karma resemble to Newton's third law of motion; that is - action and reaction are equal and opposite. So, at the same time you have power to dilute the destiny and also have privilege to act good deeds with the reacting nature to build a good destiny.

Aim of the life can never be the fulfilment of worldly procurement. Because worldly material can never give one the true happiness or the everlasting bliss. Only deep meditation can reveals to you the joyous of everlasting bliss.

Sometimes when days are going bad destiny is working for a good. What you do is to sign good deeds with the ever reacting nature so that you have a destiny accordingly.

So, there are three thing - you, the doer, reacting nature with law of karma or actions. You can practice good actions to build a good destiny or to dilute a bad destiny. Everything is going in a scientific way. Nothing to worry about. You are free to practice new actions. Only thing is that you need to understand your own destiny and your negative or positive tendencies. This is called journey of self realization. Self realization mean to know yourself; to know what you are exactly and why you are here.

Techniques of Kriya Yoga

According to Paramhansa Yogananda techniques of kriya yoga is divided into 4 parts. Last part is original Kriya technique and is propagated through master-discipleship relationship only.

4 parts are:-

1. Energization Exercises - A series of some special exercises developed by Paramhansa Yogananda. These special exercises involve physical exercise and progressive propagation of awareness through different body parts. Regular practice of these exercises promotes mental and physical relaxation and develops dynamic will power. Making use of the breath, life force, and concentrated attention, the technique enables one to draw abundant energy consciously into the body, purifying and strengthening all the body parts systematically in turn.

2. Hong-Sau Technique of Concentration - Thus technique involve breathe awareness. Through practice of this technique one learns to withdraw thought and energy from outward world and turned to inner self.

3. Aum Technique of Meditation -  This great technique involves expansion of oneself toward one's own origin. One practice to attune with the cosmic vibrations. The technique expands the awareness beyond limitations of body and mind to the joyous realization of one's infinite potential.

4. Kriya Yoga Technique - Kriya is an advanced technique of Rajyoga pranayam. Kriya reinforces and revitalizes subtle currents of life energy (prana) in the spine and brain. The yogis discovered that by revolving the life current continuously up and down the spine by the special technique of Kriya Yoga, it is possible to greatly accelerate one's spiritual evolution and awareness.

Correct practice of Kriya Yoga enables the normal activities of the heart and lungs and nervous system to slow down naturally, producing deep inner stillness of body and mind and freeing the attention from the usual turbulence of thoughts, emotions, and sensory perceptions.

What is Spiritual Relaxation?

Spiritual relaxation is a method for you to be completely relaxed by being "in the moment" and enjoy what's going on around you. Don't forget to experience who is actually relaxing. This would be helpful to cope with any type of anxiety disorder.
According to Swami Shivananda Yoga - "Complete mental and physical relaxation can only be experienced by going within and connecting with a higher power. As long as we continue to identify ourselves with the body and the mind, we will feel alone in the world."

Stress and worrying about the future are the unavoidable consequences of this type of thinking. Through spiritual relaxation you will realise that all happiness comes from within. Yoga relaxation techniques help us establish this inner connection and to overcome the obstacles which separate us from our true Self as well as from other people.

Spiritual relaxation can give you a healthy life and life style. It is most difficult to manage one's own thoughts. Actually we all are products of our own thoughts. We are also victims of our own thought and thought patterns.

Area of spiritual relaxation is beyond our thinking because it helps one in all aspects of life. It teaches us 'how to think correctly'. Its helps us to differentiate our negative thoughts from the positive thoughts. It helps us to keep healthy thoughts within us which in turn helps us to cope with negativity and psychosomatic diseases.

Everyone on this earth irrespective of race and religion needs spiritual relaxation. As this term is related to religion. There are different ways and methods to practice spiritual relaxation. The main point is to be aware at all and at all the times. Starting point is to be aware of your different body parts one by one and after this step start watching your breath and then start watching your thoughts.

There are two things; one is you are thinking and other is mind is thinking. One who is speaking to you continuously is your mind. it is giving you different thoughts. Like other appliances and organs mind too needs energy to run and it always uses your energies. Through the power of awareness it take energy from you. Mind will blow off your thoughts here and there and then come back to you and you would be aware of that moment. At that moment the mind would catch energy from you. But mind immediately blow you off somewhere and you wouldn't be understand what happened actually

Spiritual relaxation means you are thinking all times not the mind. When mind thinks; it's by product is exhaustion and when you think it leaves relaxation.

What is consciousness?

I am Experiencing "I am"

The most sophisticated thinkers left tongue-tied and confused on the very mysterious topic of consciousness.

The abstract noun “consciousness” is not frequently used by itself in the contemporary literature, but is originally derived from the Latin con (with) and scire (to know).

Dictionary definition of consciousness is - "the state of being aware of and responsive to one's surroundings." or " a person's awareness or perception of something."

Our personal feeling about the consciousness and the essence of awareness is the 'something unknown' that makes us, us? Something lovely apparently buried inside us is aware of ourselves and of our world. More clearly; I am experiencing myself and simultaneously I am experiencing the world too.

The curiosity about the world and things and realization of "i-ness" and realization of the outer world around is only due to this consciousness. Consciousness is the window through which we understand everything.

The only reason why one experience life and aliveness is because he/she is conscious. If you are unconscious, you do not know whether you are alive or dead.
Perhaps the most commonly used contemporary notion of a conscious mental state is captured by Thomas Nagel’s famous “what it is like” sense. When I am in a conscious mental state, there is something it is like for me to be in that state from the subjective or first-person point of view.

So at the base level consciousness is the fact of being awake and processing information. But being conscious is also a neurological phenomenon, and it is part of what allows us to exist and understand ourselves in the world.

There are about one hundred billion interacting neurons in human brain. How the network neurons compute information is generally known to a Neuroscientists but how the human brain would know this is a mystery.

Dr. Antonio Damasio, a neuroscientist from the University of Southern California who has studied the neurological basis of consciousness for years, says, "Many species, many creatures on earth that are very likely to have a mind, but are very unlikely to have a consciousness in the sense that you and I have," It means there are different levels of consciousness but universal consciousness is the same everywhere. What is actually different is the way one precepts and experiencing the consciousness.

More interesting is that human being also experience it differently. It means different people are experiencing different level of consciousness. My consciousness level is different than that of you and your consciousness level will be different than your friend or your mother. father and other persons you know.

The story of consciousness would going to very interesting further in my coming articles.
