Do you know the amazing fact about your body that you
could speak to different cells of your body! Every part of your body has its
own consciousness or its own soul. You need to learn how to communicate. You
can do this. You can heal yourself by just communicating with cells of organ
you want to heal. This healing can be practices after reaching a state of deep
calm through meditation. Suppose you want to heal your heart; for this you need
to communicate with the cells/tissues of heart. This communication demands
specific states of brain. These states are alpha and theta brain waves states.
Regular meditation is required to acquire these states of brain. Because in
these states, communication between the conscious mind and the physical body is
dramatically enhanced.
Yoga nidra could be a better and easy option to attain
these states of brain. Because in yoga nidra practices that practitioner
essentially touches the boundaries of subconscious mind.
Once you reach that state you need to start listen the
voice of cells. This would not be a wordily communication. This would be a
silent communication between yourself and the cells of affected organ.
But start communication with words.
Sit in a comfortable position.
Keep your eyes closed.
Take your attention to the point between two eyes.
Be there for a while.
Be aware of your breath.
Breathe is going in and coming out….
Now go to inside of you.
Bring picture of your heart in your imagination…
Feel sensation of vibrations around heart
Fully aware of Heart only…
There is heart, awareness and you only…
Try to listen the voice of cells of your heart…
Listen it, again listen it, again listen ….
Try to understand the message…
Gives healing of awareness…..
Healing of love to your heart…
Be there with each and every cell of your heart…
Feel the sensation….
Keep calm….
Now come out to breathing again…
Then to point between two eyebrows…
Be aware of outer Sound…
Take your time…
End it with thankfulness….
When you would be there in that state you would better
understand language of communication.
