blood pressure.
Now thing is that what time should one practice
meditation. There are so many expert opinions in this regard. They agreed that
the best time varies from person to person, depending on schedule and needs.
But still there are some recommendations
for some good times to consider.
In the Morning
Most of the Researcher
throughout the world and religious books recommend morning or early morning
time is best suited for meditation. Before breakfast is generally a good time
to meditate.
Whenever you are in stress
It is true that meditation
gives immediate results in relieving stress. So, if you are in stress it is
advisable to sit for meditation.
There are so many other recommendations
from different experts. But I am reveals to tell you a practical expert advice.
You all have an expert in your body. The expert hidden in your body would tell
you yours time for meditation. This is an ancient Indian scientific and
psycho-medical technique. With the help this technique you would better know
that when your body want meditation.
So, recommendations didn’t
require here. In my technique it will told you by your body itself that it want
meditation now.
Let’s see how it would
happen!
Normally we breathe
through our nostrils. There is a scientific scripture known as ‘Swara Yoga’ or
‘Swara Sashtra’ that concern about science of breathing meditation.
Swara yoga is a science
related to breath and two hemisphere of our brain. The nasal cycle is an ultrafine
rhythm characterized by alternating patency of the left and right nostrils,
with a periodicity of two to eight hours.
According to an article
published on official website of “The National Centre for Biotechnology
Information advances science and health by providing access to biomedical and
genomic information, USA”, that an association has been reported between the
dominant nostril through which we breathe and the cerebral hemisphere found to
be active.
So breathing pattern
changes automatically through the two nostrils. Sometimes we breathe through
left nostril, some time through right and other time through both the nostrils.
There is great secret science behind this. But our today concern is to know about
our personal timings for meditation.
So, when there is equal
flow of breathe through both the nostril it is the time or meditation especially
for you. It is time that your body want meditation only. According to Swara
Yoga, any action or any type of work performed during this period will not
produce desired fruit.
So, time for mediation is
different from individual to individual and will be informed to you by your own
body through the art of breathing.
