Our mind is a series of related or unrelated thoughts.
Everyone experience it. But did you think ever that your thoughts are only responsible
for your present situation of life. Illness, wellness, and wealth you have, personality
you possesses everything bad or good related to you is an outcome of your way
of thinking or simple of your thoughts. There could be many types of thoughts
bad, good, irritating, sad, negative, emotional, spiritual and others too. Every
thought has the potential to go deeply into the mind. Every thought come to
your mind is need a solution to go out. If you would not give a way to every
thought come to you, it will went deep into the mind and it would remains in
your mind forever in form of positive or negative tendencies. If not treated long
times it may takes form of a diseases; a chronic disease too. So, be very careful
about this. Every thought should be treated and neutralized properly to stop
them becoming negative of positive tendencies.
What is the way to stop thoughts from going deep into
your mind?
The only way to deals with the thoughts is our
attitude toward them. If you want to neutralize a thought your way of thinking
should also be neutral. Suppose for example, you either like or dislike the
thought of fever, that thought will come to you again and again. Why it comes
again and again to you; because you have and attitude for it; you like or
dislike it. The moment you drop your attitude of liking or disliking the
particular thought; it will cease quickly. It means if you remain neutral
toward any thought; it will also become neutral and never cause any harm to
you. It is your association with the thought that is charging the thought with
positive or negative charge.
